Bad quality control and poor service from Loud Technologies owners of Ampeg and Mackie

It's clear in this picture that R6 is missing but their rep tells me the part is NOT missing but on the other side but somehow none of the other resistors are on the other side.

Well, going by that picture R6 is loaded, just on the underside of that picture. Unfortunately I would have needed to see this board with R6 missing. On this basis I cannot replace that tube for you.

This missing resistor caused a 6550 to implode and added more time to my repair

All I asked from loud was to replace the 6550 that was damaged by their bad product and they refused.
